Getting back at it!

Before I fell pregnant I was a LesMills Core instructor for 2 years, and my core was so strong (I didn't realise how strong it was until now..). After pregnancy and birth, a c-section to be precise, my strength decreased a lot, wich happens to most women after pregnacy and birth. I didn't expect anything else, but it was still a bit hard to face.. To feel weaker, and have a whole new body to get used to, is not for the weakminded for sure! My motivation to train was very low, almost non existent at a point. And I have a huge passion for strength training, so I felt a bit lost. I know for sure that there are plenty of other mothers out there that have felt, and still feel the same. I share my story and thoughts so you know you are not alone!

Now after 10 months I have gotten the motivation back! I am far from where I was, but that doesn't matter, because I am not the same anyway! My workouts are shorter, and some weeks I don't train at all because I the time is just not there, but my training spark is back! I hope other women will get their spark back as well. It doesn't have to be training, it can be anything! Any hobbies, reading, walking, just find back some of the old you in the new you!

I will share more of my fitness journey in the future, but I dont want anyone to feel demotivated or feel any pressure on themselves because of my content. Maybe there will be tips and easy exercises to do at home, or at the gym, just to give some of you motivation to move your body to feel better!
